We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location. Once your tall-woman essentials are on their way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow their journey to your door.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Not the perfect fit? We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. We want every Elevé piece to look stunning on your frame.
4. Refunds & Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
